Microsoft just Launched a new office 2016 The Microsoft Office 365 has been updated a Regularly since it was first released, and the recent switch by Microsoft to a cloud-based strategy has given Office a new lease of life, not least in how you pay for your copy.
Microsoft wants to change how we buy Microsoft Office software, instead of paying for software, Microsoft wants us to pay for monthly or annually.
Microsoft offers a variety of subscriptions for the latest version called Office 365. It is not cloud software, it is still installed on your PC or Mac and files will be stored on your PC too.
But the question is, what happens to your files if you decide to stop paying your subscription. Microsoft does not remove them, it does not remove Office software from your PC. You can open them and see them but you can not edit them.
Our one-year subscription in Office 365 was recently and we have not renewed it. Of course, the software has disabled itself.
Renew Office 365 for the business subscription
- If your subscription expires last month or you want to renew it, you can reactivate and renew it in the Office 365 admin center.
- Sign in with your Microsoft Email address and password to Office 365 visit: (Office.com)
- Click on the app launcher icon.
- Office 365 app launcher icon you can see in the upper-left.
- And choose Admin
- In the admin center, go to the Billing > Subscriptions.
- For the subscription that is expired or disabled.
- Choose Reactivate.
